Denúncia: Vizinhos reclamam que na Rua Pires do Rio tem uma casa com um cachorro “sozinho” amarrado dia e noite e que só não esta passando fome e sede porque a vizinhança é que esta alimentando o animal.
Segundo as informações que chegaram até o site Alô Xavantina com Ney Weliton, o proprietário do imóvel e do cachorro chega a ficar dias sem aparecer no local, e o cachorro sempre amarrado, late muito, uiva e demostra claramente sinal de estresse devido a situação que esta.
Vizinhos pedem para não serem identificados( se identificaram somente para nós do site), temendo represálias, mas querem providencias porque o animal esta sofrendo.
Outra situação relatada na denúncia é as condições do quintal onde o cachorro esta, segundo a vizinhança esta muito sujo, cheio de lixo e mato.
