Na manhã de hoje a Secretária de Saúde, assessor jurídico da prefeitura, Coordenador de Vigilância Epidemiológica e fiscais da vigilância sanitária estiveram reunidos tratando do novo Decreto Municipal de nº 4.050/2020.
Em sucinto resumo o novo Decreto manteve as proibições relacionados à eventos, resenhas, fechamento dos pontos turísticos, praias e praças, mas flexibilizou as atividades comerciais referente aos restaurantes e similares, academias, cultos e outras, que deverão obedecer protocolos rígidos de segurança.
O consumo de bebida alcoólica é permitido, mas proibido no interior dos estabelecimentos comercias (incluindo bares e restaurantes).
Qualquer descumprimento das medidas previstas no Decreto, após a notificação prévia enseja a aplicação de multa que pode variar entre R$ 80,00 (oitenta) reais a cerca de R$ 7.000,00 (sete mil) reais a depender do caso.
A lógica é preservar a saúde dos munícipes, as atividades econômicas dentro do possível e valorizar quem trabalha de modo responsável e CORRETO, aplicando multa aos que não obedecem as determinações de saúde e preventivas referente ao COVID-19 e contribuem para o aumento dos casos e um possível lockdown.
Segue as principais mudanças.
Funcionamento do *comércio e atividades em geral:*
Segunda a sexta: das 5h às 19h
Sábados e domingos: das 5h às 12h.
Das 19 h as 23h permitido SOMENTE DELIVERY – todos os dias ( de seg a sexta-feira), vedado Pronta entrega.
Toque de recolher as 21 horas.
Restaurantes e similares das 5h às 19h poderão utilizar mesa com no máximo duas cadeiras e com o distanciamento uma da outra de 2 metros.
Exceções: Farmácias, serviços de saúde, funerárias, postos de combustível (exceto conveniência) e atividades industriais.
*Lembrando que dos 141 municípios, na data de hoje Nova Xavantina esta entre os 18 que estão no nível Alto de contaminação.
