O cidadão O.F.S. compareceu no 1° Pelotão de Policia Militar em Campinápolis MT informando de um incêndio que estaria começando em uma residencia próximo ali do local.
Imediatamente, uma equipe policial foi até o local juntamente com o comunicante e chegando lá foi verificado que a mangueira do botijão de gás do fogão havia rompido no momento que estava sendo utilizado, ocasionando assim o incêndio.
De imediato, a equipe com posse de mangueiras e baldes conseguiram conter o fogo para que não se alastrasse em maiores proporções.
Em ato continuo, o 2° Tenente PM Orlando, utilizando uma barra de ferro conseguiu remover o vasilhame para próximo da janela e alcançando o registro conseguiu desliga lo.
O botijão de gás foi removido para o quintal, longe das chamas e consequentemente diminuir a aflição dos moradores da residencia.
A ação rápida da equipe policial, comandada pelo Tenente PM Orlando ao comparecer no local, evitou que as chamas se propagassem e o proprietariado do imóvel tivesse maiores danos.
