O prefeito de Nova Xavantina/MT, João Bang, assinou nesta tarde de terça-feira, 15 de Junho, o programa “Cidade Empreendedora Sustentável”, desenvolvido em Mato Grosso pelo Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas, o Sebrae.
O programa se propõe a auxiliar no avanço do município com a implantação de políticas de desenvolvimento em diversos eixos – econômico, social, público, privado, de saúde, educacional, de segurança pública e fomento do empreendedorismo local, sempre de forma sustentável.
“Tudo começa com um diagnóstico do município, levantamento de oportunidades e uma sugestão de planejamento estratégico”, explicou ao prefeito, o analista técnico do Sebrae José Tavares, enfatizando que no atual contexto vivido pelo país, devido a crise da pandemia da Covid-19, e que não podemos ficar parados e devemos sempre procurar auxiliar à todos tanto a Prefeitura quanto os empresários a criar oportunidades de renda.
O programa Cidade Empreendedora pode envolver uma série de ações voltadas para empresários, futuros empresários, agentes públicos, crianças e adolescentes, principalmente o que ele definiu como “empreendedores de necessidade” – “são as pessoas que perderam seus empregos e tiveram que se virar para manter o sustento”, enfatizou o Prefeito.
Para o Chefe do Executivo municipal, a parceria com o Sebrae para implantar o “Cidade Empreendedora Sustentável” poderia proporcionar desenvolvimento de novos negócios, da agricultura familiar, à ambulantes, aos microempreendedores individuais (MEIs), empresários, comércio e, principalmente, ao servidor público municipal.
“Sabemos que o município precisa avançar em alguns pontos como a qualificação e a reciclagem dos servidores municipais. Acredito que seria, inclusive, uma ação motivacional para prestarmos um serviço à sociedade com mais qualidade e humanizado.
Além, é claro, de melhoramento salarial, é preciso trabalhar a capacitação e formação do ente público para que ele possa fornecer melhores práticas para o empresário do município. O resultado surtirá grande efeito junto à classe empresarial, bem como ao poder público, e deixaremos algo concreto para o servidor que é o maior patrimônio da prefeitura”, declarou o prefeito.
No quesito cultura os representantes do SEBRAE pontuaram que podem ser implantados programas de empreendedorismo com crianças, adolescentes e jovens, que envolvem alunos do ensino fundamental. “Podemos realizar várias ações em conjunto focadas na gestão, entre elas, um pacote de soluções para o aprimoramento do ambiente de negócios. O foco este ano do Sebrae com o programa é ajudar os municípios a superar essa pandemia”.
