Deputado quer política pública de atenção à saúde mental de pessoas que tiveram sequelas da Covid*
O deputado estadual Thiago Silva (MDB) apresentou o projeto de lei 219/2021 na Assembleia que “Institui a Política Estadual de Atenção à Saúde Mental das Vítimas da COVID-19 em MT”.
O objetivo do projeto é que o Estado possa atender por meio da Secretaria de Saúde as pessoas que sofreram de Covid e ficaram com sequelas físicas e mentais após o processo de contaminação e cura.
“Sabemos que a saúde mental se faz essencial para que a pessoa consiga dar andamento em sua vida após vencer a batalha da Covid. Tivemos muitas perdas então vejo que é importante esse amparo para as pessoas que ainda sofrem de algum tipo de sequela em decorrência do coronavírus”, disse o deputado Thiago.
As campanhas de conscientização farão parte do projeto e trarão orientações acerca de medidas para o enfrentamento de sentimentos como medo e estresse, bem com apresentarão estratégias de cuidado em saúde mental.
De acordo com o projeto, o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) será responsável pela implementação e execução das ações e serviços a serem oferecidos às vítimas da COVID-19.
A aposentada, Eliane Xavier, relatou que ainda sente algumas sequelas do vírus e se o atendimento foi feito pelo SUS, ela acredita que irá ajudar famílias que precisam deste amparo.
Segundo o artigo 5º do projeto de lei, o atendimento a vítima da COVID-19 poderá ser realizado presencialmente ou à distância, de acordo com o regramento específico de cada modalidade, determinado pelo respectivo conselho profissional do membro da equipe multidisciplinar que prestar o atendimento.
