Jair Miguel como era conhecido, chegou em Nova Xavantina no ano de 1987,filho do saudoso Sebastião Miguel, irmão da Diná e do Edgar que tem um mercado na Av. Carazinho Saída para o Garimpo.
Jair jogou em dois grandes clubes de futebol nos tempos “dourados” do esporte amador em Nova Xavantina.
Ele jogou no CRJ e no Democrata, disputando grandes clássicos no Campo do Estilac que na verdade ficava no Montes Claros em nosso município. Torcedor apaixonado do Vasco da gama do Rio de Janeiro, adorava falar sobre futebol.
Ele deixa dois filhos e um legado de luta e trabalho durante toda uma vida.
Seu corpo esta sendo velado na casa mortuária e o sepultamento será amanhã de manhã no cemitério Cristo Redentor.
Jair Miguel Pinto era o condutor do veiculo Uno que colidiu frontalmente com um ônibus.
No carro também estavam Valdivino Ferreira do Nascimento,68 anos e Genecy Souza do Nascimento Pinto,43 anos. Os três não resistiram aos ferimentos e morreram no local do acidente.
