*Apoio:* Hospital municipal de Nova Xavantina (2 ambulâncias).
Às 18h desta quarta feira a 4ª CIBM foi acionada para atender uma ocorrência de queda de aeronave de pequeno porte na fazenda Nova esperança (85km de Indianápolis).
Segundo informações coletadas no local da ocorrência, a aeronave iria decolar com destino a Goiânia, quando, na decolagem o motor parou de funcionar acarretando a queda , aproximadamente, 500m da pista.
o trem de socorro, composto por 6 militares, 2 viatura da 4ª CIBM, juntamente com 2 ambulância de Nova Xavantina chegou na fazenda as 21h.
Na aeronave estavam 4 pessoas, G.N.A, sexo feminino, 20 anos e J.R.Q.P, masculino, 27 anos, apresentavam ferimentos graves, mas sobreviveram ao acidente e foram conduzidos para o hospital municipal de Nova Xavantina.
O piloto e uma mulher morreram carbonizados.
