POLÍCIA CIVIL DE NOVA XAVANTINA PRENDE EM FLAGRANTE DONA DE CASA NOTURNA POR COAÇÃO NO CURSO DO PROCESSO E AMEAÇA
A Polícia Civil de Nova Xavantina/MT, prendeu em flagrante delito, uma mulher na manhã de segunda-feira, logo após praticar o crime de coação no curso do processo, ameaçando de morte a Vizinha de uma Casa Noturna situada no Bairro Santana.
A Vítima registrou Boletim de Ocorrência relatando que a suspeita possuía um estabelecimento comercial (casa noturna) e que no local havia aglomeração, som alto e que seus frequentadores usavam de palavra de baixo calão, perturbando toda vizinhança.
Acontece que segundo a vítima, ela já havia reclamado tal fato a justiça em outras oportunidades e que já havia sido instaurado alguns processos judiciais contra a suspeita. A fim de ter seus direitos resguardados, onde a suspeita passou a coagi-la e até ameaça-la de morte, acontecendo ainda algumas ameaças na noite de ontem.
Sendo assim, os Investigadores saíram em diligência pela cidade logrando êxito em localizar a suspeita A.C.O (55 anos) na porta de sua residência, a qual foi detida e apresentada a Autoridade Policial.
O Delegado de Polícia ratificou a prisão em flagrante da Suspeita, autuando-a pelo crime de Coação no Curso do Processo e Perturbação do Sossego, aplicando uma fiança de R$ 10.000,00, (reais), além do descumprimento das normas de distanciamento social, contudo a mesma relatou que não teria condições de pagar tal valor e que por isso será encaminhada à Cadeia Pública de Nova Xavantina, onde permanecerá à disposição da Justiça.
