OPERAÇÃO PA SAFRA II
A Polícia Judiciária Civil de Nova Xavantina cumpriu 3 mandados de prisão preventiva em desfavor de três homens na tarde de quinta-feira (04/02), os quais foram apontados como integrantes de uma organização criminosa atuante no crime de roubo a propriedades rurais.
Os Investigadores trabalhavam na elucidação de alguns crimes de Roubos e Furtos ocorridos em propriedades rurais da cidade, quando chegaram a identidade de dois irmãos que já foram presos em outra operação da PJC no final do ano passado. Na investigação foi apontada ainda a participação de mais três suspeitos no cometimento de tais roubos, onde inclusive agiam de extrema violência contra as vítimas.
Consta na investigação que a quadrilha usava de grave ameaça e violência contra as vítimas, onde inclusive na região do Banco Safra, cortaram o cabelo de uma das vítimas com uma faca no momento em que a mesma tentava se defender, além de um senhor de idade quase ter perdido as duas mãos, por falta de circulação sanguínea, pois ficou mais de 15 horas algemado com um “enforca gato” até se libertar.
Com a identidade do restante da quadrilha e demais indícios de autoria, o Delegado de Polícia Dr. Raphael Diniz Garcia representou pela prisão preventiva dos três suspeitos, sendo um de 41 e dois de 20 anos de idade, a qual foi deferida pelo Juiz local e devidamente cumprida na tarde de ontem.
Durante o cumprimento do mandado na casa de um dos suspeitos no Bairro Barro Vermelho, foi localizada ainda uma arma de fogo do tipo garrucha cal. .22 de dois canos, além de duas porções de uma substância análoga a maconha, motivo pelo qual foi autuado ainda pelo crime de tráfico de drogas cumulado com o crime de posse ilegal de arma de fogo de uso permitido.
Após passarem pelos procedimentos legais, os 3 suspeitos foram encaminhados para o presídio Major Zuzi Alves da Silva na cidade de Água Boa, onde permanecerão a Disposição da Justiça.
